The Future Success Program is designed to equip scholars with invaluable experiences that enhance their personal development, expand their understanding of career opportunities, and support informed decisions about tertiary education pathways.

We aim to provide opportunities that hold relevance and meaning to every scholar on the program.

Careers in Focus Webinars

Monthly interviews with women from various industries who share key aspects of their education and career journey. These webinars provide great insights into different careers and the university pathways that can lead to those careers.      

Career Profiling

Career Profiling

We provide our scholars with the opportunity to take part in Career Profiling, which supports them with a tailored plan for tertiary education and career progression.  

Online Skill-based Webinars

These webinars aim to educate and support the scholars with their personal skills and knowledge. Webinars cover topics such as financial literacy, presentation and communication skills, critical thinking, study skills and career profiling.

University Experiences

Scholars (dependent on location) will be invited to attend tailored days at leading Australian universities, such as University of Sydney, Melbourne University, University of Queensland, Australian National University, University of Western Australia and many more!

Workday Experiences

Scholars (dependent on location) are invited by a range of organisations and industry leaders to get an overview of their business and participate in a variety of activities. Hosts include Canva, Amazon, EY, Mastercard and many more! 

STEM and IT programs

STEM and IT programs

Harding Miller supports scholars who are interested in pursuing a career in STEM by enrolling them in national programs such as National Youth Science Program and Engineers Australia. To be eligible for these programs, scholars need to be actively participating in the broader Future Success program.

Harding Miller Book Club

Book Club

All Year 9 and 10 scholars are invited to participate in our social and entertaining Harding Miller bi-annual book club. This is a great opportunity for the scholars to network and build their connections with their peers as well as the Harding Miller team.
